S ecrets that your tongue reveals about your health (an insight) - ABNORMAL SMOOTHNESS: Abnormal smoothness of the tongue is a condition also called as Atrophic glossitis or Bald tongue or Moeller glossitis- as the word suggests glossa means tongue and tis means inflammation.
